Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- 4Xploring reserves the right to alter trip routes based on our perceived safety concerns.
- 4Xploring reserves the right to reschedule or relocate due to acts of nature such as extreme weather conditions, fires, trail closures etc.
- A deposit is due to reserve your spot and place your name on the roster for the Adventure. Balance is due 30 days before the Adventure start date.
- 60+ days before departure date, refund of deposit – minus $150 service fee (please allow 10 business days to process).
- 30-60 days before departure date, no refunds given. Deposit will be applied to a future adventure.
- Less than 30 days before departure date, no refunds given. Deposit is forfeit, any remaining balance will be will be applied as a credit to a future adventure.
