4Xploring Let's Explore the Back Country

Spring Adventure 2019

April 7-12, 2019

The 4Xploring™ Spring Adventure is a 5 day, Monday through Friday, expedition style event. The event is limited to 10 vehicles to make it intimate and manageable for the trip leader. The Spring Adventure begins in Moab, UT on Sunday Apr 7th with a 3 pm drivers meeting where we will introduce everyone, do tech inspections and distribute swag and hit the road. We will return to Moab on Saturday Apr 13th – just in time for the 2019 Easter Jeep Safari.

One of the great pleasures of back-country exploration is that we get to travel and enjoy landscapes that only a handful of others get to experience. The diversified trails offered on this excursion not only offer those memorable moments but also deliver the additional benefit of being in one of the most remote destinations in the country – Canyonlands.

Let us tell you a little bit about what you are getting yourself and your Jeep into. Do you like adventure, overland style wheeling and extreme remote areas? There will be camping along the trail, campfires and breath taking scenery; switchbacks, river crossings and terrain that varies from 2-track to rock crawling. On this adventure we will travel mostly off highway, you will need to be self-sufficient for dry camping along the trail. On days we come into town to get fuel and supplies, there will be an improved campground to get cleaned up and relax at. Average high temperatures are between 60 & 80+ degrees and average lows are between 30 & 50 degrees.

NOTE: This trip requires extra fuel capacity on board your vehicle, 5 gallons at the minimum.
